Unfortunately despite driving for half an hour along a single track road - nearly to the Monachyle Mhor hotel we couldn't find it. Apparently it had been moved due to flooding of the meadow but there were no signs. A refund would be great please:)

Ailish was a lovely host, great communication and service.  We enjoyed our swim and sauna immensely. I'd like to give her 5 stars. Unfortunately the restaurant was very disappointing.  The food tasted lovely but the portions were very meagre. We were all still hungry and would have liked to order dessert and coffee but no staff returned to our table after serving the food.  We had bought the tickets as a combined package through a promotional voucher.  Is this poor service related to being voucher customers?

Wonderful experience. Staff lovely, had the sauna to ourselves and braved a swim! Takes a few goes to build up to it but we lucked out with the weather and peace and quiet. (Although we did occasionally have other guests hanging out in front of the window of the sauna taking in the view! - not of us, of the Loch haha!) wear crocs or swim shoes, and gloves are a good tip, hands get cold first without them. Definitely come to the sauna and swim if you’re at Monachyle!

Beautiful large clean sauna room with stunning view. A huge window out on to Loch Doine. The waters of Loch Doine were also lovely and fresh to swim in. Staff were very friendly and walked you down to the Sauna. It's a 10 mins walk down there so arrive early to start your session on time.

**1. Parties**

1.1. Company: RVIVAL Ltd (Company registration number: 14208496, registered in England and Wales) is referred to as ‘the Company’ or ‘we.’

1.2. Client: Refers to the person booking the experience and accepting responsibility for themselves and any members of their group. By paying for an experience with RVIVAL, you confirm to abide by our Terms and Conditions laid out in this overview.

**2. The Contract**

2.1. The contract comprises these Terms and Conditions and our online Waiver, the specific experience itinerary, and payment in full.

2.2. If there is any discrepancy, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

**3. Booking and Payment**

3.1. The contract becomes binding when the Company accepts the payment for the experience.

3.2. The Company may refuse bookings or return payments at any time before the experience commences, with certain exceptions.

3.3. If reservations are made in advance, clients are invited to reserve with the full amount only.

3.4. Clients cannot cancel, but can reschedule their booking using a gift receipt. Once booked you will not receive a refund.

3.5. Payments are non-refundable.

**4. Balance of Payment**

4.1. Full payment is required to book this experience.

4.2. Clients must ensure full payment is received by the Company, including VAT and covering any international bank charges.

**5. Date of Departure**

5.1. The departure date is the day the experience begins.

**6. Passports, Visas, and Health Matters**

6.1. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary insurance, visas, vaccinations, and ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the experience.

6.2. The Company is not responsible for cancellations due to issues related to these matters.

**7. Cancellation by the Client**

7.1. Cancellations are not accepted, but rescheduling of the session is possible up to 2 days before the scheduled experience, subject to availability.

7.2. No changes can be made within 2 days of the experience.

7.3. Clients will not be refunded for cancellations.

7.4. If the client arrives later that 20 minutes after their booking, their booking will be cancelled. 

**8. Cancellation by the Company**

8.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather issues or faults with the sauna.

8.2. If canceled due to insufficient participant numbers, clients will be notified 24 hours before the experience and offered an alternative time or a refund.

8.3. The Company is not liable for consequential expenses caused by cancellation.

8.4. The company has the right to cancel a clients booking if they are over 20 minutes late for their scheduled experience.  

**9. Foreign and Commonwealth Office Advice**

9.1. Clients are responsible for reviewing relevant travel safety advice from official sources.

9.2. The Company is not liable if clients cancel due to safety concerns or fail to obtain adequate insurance.

**10. Surcharges**

10.1. Experience prices may be subject to surcharges for changes in government actions, currency fluctuations, fuel costs, and other applicable changes.

**11. Changes by the Company**

11.1. The Company may alter experience details due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure).

11.2. Clients may choose to accept changes, take another experience, or cancel for a refund in case of major changes before the experience begins.

11.3. Changes after departure will not be refunded, but the Company will assist with necessary arrangements.

**12. Company and Client Responsibility**

12.1. Clients acknowledge risks involved in the experiences and accept the Company’s limited liability for such risks.

12.2. The Company will carefully select subcontractors but cannot be held responsible for accidents or service issues.

**13. Health and Fitness**

13.3. The Company reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the experience if deemed unsafe or medically unsuitable, without refund.

**14. Limitation of Liability**

14.1. The Company’s responsibility begins at the designated start point and ends when the client leaves the experience.

14.2. The Company is not liable for additional expenses incurred in getting to or from the experience start and end points.

**15. Company Experience Leader**

15.1. Role and Authority: Experience leaders represent the Company and have full authority to ensure the success of the experience.

15.2. Behavioural and Health Requirements: Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the experience without a refund.

**16. Compliance with Legislation**

16.1. Clients must comply with all legal requirements, including visas, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

16.2. Failure to comply may result in removal from the experience without compensation.

**17. Complaints**

17.1. Clients must report any issues immediately to the experience guide.

17.2. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of completing the experience.

**18. General Conditions**

18.1. Only a Director of RVIVAL Ltd can waive or vary any part of this Contract.

18.2. Clients confirm they have been informed of any requirements prior to paying the deposit.

18.3. Should any clause be found invalid, the remainder of these terms shall remain in effect.

18.4. These terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved in English courts.
