9:15 AM – Welcome at Basecamp

Arrive at Basecamp, where Eliza and the RVIVAL team will welcome you. Enjoy team introductions, receive your caps for the day, and participate in a detailed briefing to prepare for the adventure ahead.

1. What is the date and time of the event?

The event takes place on 15th February, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. Where is the event being held?

The event starts and ends at Monachyle Mhor Hotel. Activities will take place in the big Dutch barn and the surrounding natural areas.

3. Is accommodation included in the cost?

No, accommodation is not included. However, you can arrange your stay at Monachyle Mhor or Mhor 84. Contact us for assistance with booking.

4. How much does it cost?

The cost of the experience is £110 per person for the full day.

5. What is included in the price?

A full-day experience led by specialised guides. Delicious food and drinks throughout the day.

6. What should I expect during the day?

You will participate in a series of skill-based sessions, each led by an expert guide. Highlights include: Cooking over fire with Ruaridh Emslie. Learning survival techniques with Zeki Basan. Discovering the health benefits of wild plants with Hamish Martin. Exploring creative pigment painting with Alastair E. Blain. Engaging in natural movement exercises with Nala. The day will also feature a shared "Taste the Wild" experience with communal cooking and a foraged meal.

7. How will sessions be structured?

Participants will rotate through different sessions in small groups, spending time in each unique activity. A communal break during the "Taste the Wild" experience will bring everyone together for a shared open-fire cooking demonstration and meal.

8. What if I have dietary restrictions or medical conditions?

When registering, you’ll have the opportunity to outline any dietary requirements, food allergies, or medical conditions. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can accommodate your needs. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our team before the event.

9. Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend dressing warmly and wearing sturdy, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. The activities take place both indoors and outdoors, so be prepared for varying conditions. Specific instructions will be sent to your email, including a kit list, upon booking confirmation.

10. What’s the best way to travel to Monachyle Mhor Hotel?

11. Can children participate?

This event is designed for adults, but older teenagers may join if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Contact us if you’re unsure whether this is suitable for younger participants.

13. What if I have to cancel?

We do not accept cancellations for the event, however we can offer a gift receipt for future events.
