1. What is the Mhor Wild guided walk?
Mhor Wild is a guided nature walk through the glen, where you’ll explore the area’s rich history, folklore, and wildlife. Led by expert guides, this immersive experience helps you reconnect with nature while learning new skills and insights about the land.
2. How long does the walk last?
The guided walk typically lasts around 2 hours, including time for stops, storytelling, and exploration.
3. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and engaging.
4. What should I bring?
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing Sturdy footwear suitable for walking on uneven terrain A small backpack with water and personal essentials.
5. Where do we meet?
Please meet us at the pink container at your scheduled time. Further details will be provided in your confirmation email.
6. Is the walk suitable for all fitness levels?
Our walks are designed to be accessible and taken at a relaxed pace. However, some paths may include uneven terrain. If you have any concerns, please contact us before booking.
7. Can children join the walk?
Yes! Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. The walk is best suited for ages 7 or over. Of you wish to bring a child younger than 7, please call us so we can see if we can tailor the walk to this age group.
8. What happens in bad weather?
We go ahead in most weather conditions, so please dress accordingly. In cases of extreme weather, we’ll notify you in advance and offer to reschedule or provide a refund.
9. Do I need to fill out a waiver?
